The one closed state

Washington. No operator on this board accepts registrations there and none is quietly working around it. State law treats online play more severely than anywhere else in the country, and the brands have decided the risk is not worth taking. An account simply will not open.

The four partial ones

Idaho, Michigan, Montana and Nevada sit in a grey band. Individual operators make their own calls, so one brand will take you and the next will not. Wherever an operator publishes an exclusion we record it in the review, but the brand rules page is the only document that settles it.

Everything else

Broadly available, with age the main gate. Eighteen is the usual minimum and a handful of brands insist on twenty-one whatever the local law says. Check the number before you fill in the form rather than after.

Being located

Geolocation runs at registration and runs again when you file. Routing around it through a virtual private network breaches the terms at every brand we have timed, and the usual consequence is a closed account with the balance still inside it. That balance does not get paid.

A necessary caveat

We hold a stopwatch, not a law degree, and promotional law does not stand still. Use this page to orient yourself and the operator rules page to decide. An operator that accepts your registration has formed its own view about your state, which is the only view that matters.
